Plan on 15 to 20 days from the moment you confirm the order. That covers making your tag by hand in our Lima workshop and the international shipping. We'll tell you the exact date on WhatsApp before you pay anything.

Every tag is made by hand in our family workshop in Lima, Peru, and shipped directly to you. Nothing is mass-produced or drop-shipped: that's why it takes a couple of weeks and why no two orders are quite the same.

It depends on where you are, so we quote it before anything is charged. Send us your city and ZIP code on WhatsApp and you'll get the exact total — tag plus shipping — in one message.

Almost certainly not. Personal orders of this size and value normally arrive without any charge. If your package were ever held, we'd help you sort it out — but in practice it doesn't happen with single tags.

We arrange it with you on WhatsApp, and we'll walk you through it — most customers find it easier than they expect. We confirm the full total before anything is charged, and we never ask for card details over chat.

We offer three tag sizes: mini from 2 to 2.5 cm, medium from 3 to 4 cm, and large at 4, 4.5 or 5 cm. Tell us the breed and weight and we'll recommend the right measurement.

Your pet's name on the front and your phone number. The number matters most — it's what gets them home. A full address only fits on large tags, from 4 cm.

No. It's engraved into the metal, not printed on top. Enameled tags also get a resin coat that protects the color from water and knocks.

Absolutely. If your pet's breed isn't listed, or you have your own idea, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll quote it. A lot of the designs in the shop started exactly that way.
