This site has no database, no accounts and no server of its own. It is a set of files your browser downloads, and that is all.

When you type your pet's name or your phone number on a product page, none of it is sent anywhere. It stays in your browser and is only used to compose the WhatsApp message that you decide whether to send. Close the page without sending, and no record of it exists anywhere, including on our side.

From the moment you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is stored on the workshop's phone like any other chat. That is where we do have your number and whatever you told us, and we use it only to handle your order and arrange shipping.

Your browser stores whether you prefer the shop in dollars or soles, your answer to the cookie notice, and any design you left unfinished in the designer.

That information never leaves your device, identifies no one, and cannot be turned off — without it the site would not even remember which currency to show you.

Only if you accept, we use Google Analytics to count visits and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people move through the shop: which designs get looked at, where people give up, what they cannot find.

Clarity can record mouse movement and clicks. The fields you type into — name and phone — are masked: it records that you typed something, never what you typed.

If you decline, those scripts are not downloaded at all. It is not that they load and stay quiet — your browser never requests them.

If you accept measurement, Google and Microsoft process that browsing data on their servers in the United States.

When you message us, that conversation goes through WhatsApp (Meta) under their own terms.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We run no personalized advertising and no remarketing, and advertising cookies are switched off in the code itself, not merely in a settings panel.

In California, and in states with comparable laws, you have the right to know what information we hold about you, to ask us to delete or correct it, and not to be treated worse for exercising those rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information as the CCPA uses those words, so there is nothing to opt out of. Even so, the cookie link in the footer is always there to withdraw your permission.

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it automatically: no measurement is loaded and we do not even show you the notice.

Peru's Personal Data Protection Law 29733 gives you the right to access, correct, cancel and object to the use of your data. Just ask us on WhatsApp or by email.

If you think we handled it badly, you can complain to the National Authority for Personal Data Protection at the Ministry of Justice.

The shop is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Tell us if it has happened and we will delete it.

The site is always served encrypted over HTTPS.

You do not pay here: we never ask for card numbers, bank details or passwords, and no page on this site will ever ask you for them. Payment is arranged directly on WhatsApp. If you ever see a page claiming to be ours that asks for a card, it is not ours.

Because nothing is stored on a server, there is no customer database that could leak.

If we change anything that matters, we update the date above and ask for your cookie permission again.
