Terms and conditions

Plaquitas Ferro Fashion is Martha Ferro's family workshop, at Parque Unión Panamericana 238, Balconcillo, La Victoria, Lima, Peru. We make ID tags for pets, engraved one at a time.

By placing an order you accept these terms. If something doesn't sit right with you, message us before ordering and we'll sort it out.

This site is a catalogue and design tool: you can send the details over WhatsApp or continue to the payment page with the order prefilled. You may also request a free pet portrait preview; that concept does not obligate you to buy.

The order is not final until we confirm the design, final price, payment when applicable, lead time, and shipping method. A receipt email confirms delivery of the file, not approval of the payment.

Before engraving we send you the design to review. We engrave exactly what you approve: if the name, the phone number or a word has a typo you didn't catch, the tag can't be corrected afterwards.

Please check it carefully, especially the contact numbers: that's what will bring your pet home if they get lost.

Listed prices cover the finished tag and the engraving; shipping is quoted separately depending on the destination. Prices may change as material costs do, but the price we confirm over WhatsApp holds for that order.

We accept Zelle in the United States and Yape or Plin in Peru, plus any method arranged directly with the workshop. You may submit the receipt on the site or complete the purchase over WhatsApp. Orders shipped outside Lima and all international orders are paid in advance because each tag is custom-made and cannot be resold.

Production takes 2 to 4 working days from the moment you approve the design and, where applicable, confirm payment. Shipping adds 1 day within Lima and 2 to 4 days elsewhere in Peru; international deliveries depend on the carrier and on customs.

These are good-faith estimates. Once the parcel is with the courier, transit times and incidents are on their side; if anything is delayed we'll tell you and help you track it.

If the tag arrives faulty, engraved differently from the design you approved, or damaged in transit, we replace it at no cost. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and send us a photo.

Because every tag is custom engraved with your pet's details, we can't accept returns for a change of mind, for having picked a different size, or for typos in text you had already approved. That's the standard rule for personalised goods.

Photos and design previews are for reference. The shine of the gold or silver finish and the exact shade of the colours may look different on your screen; a small difference from the photo isn't considered a defect.

The photos, text and designs on this site are ours and may not be copied without permission.

If you send us a logo, a drawing or an image to engrave, we assume you have the right to use it. We reserve the right to decline engraving offensive content or anything that infringes someone else's rights.

If you leave a review, we publish it as you wrote it. We only take down reviews containing insults, other people's personal details, or content unrelated to the product.

What we do with your personal data is explained in our privacy policy, written to comply with Peru's Law No. 29733 and, for customers in the United States, with the CCPA/CPRA.

These terms are governed by Peruvian law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by Peru's Consumer Protection Code or by the consumer laws of your country of residence.

We may update them as the way we work changes. The version that counts is the one published on this page, with the date above; your order is covered by the terms in force on the day you confirmed it.
